Dave Barsaloux

Dave Barsaloux, B. Comm.

Dave entered the business in June of 2005 after having completed his Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and spending 3 years working in the Technology sector. The first few years of work at Independent Financial saw him “pushing A LOT of paper” as he began as an assistant to two other Associates in the office. The time spent doing this allowed him to learn the business from the ground up. After completing his Canadian Securities Course and his Life Insurance Course, he slowly grew into the role of a representative and was given the task of managing a large Group RRSP portfolio.

Currently, Dave works closely with Rick and Robert Letts on special projects while at the same time slowly growing his own practice. He believes firmly that “everyone is entitled to good advice and the best time to start with that advice is now”.

Dave is an avid martial artist and football fan. He enjoys spending time with his family, studying history, fishing, golf and just “relaxing” in any way possible. He loves working with people to help them get a better understanding of their finances and their future.
